Submission of the registration form starts the registration process. Unless you have requested a Double, an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your form submission. Invoices are valid for 72 hours. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
How does registration work for Double rooms?
Rates are per person. We do not assign roommates. If you want a Double, you will need to identify your roommate in the registration form. Invoices will be emailed after both participants have submitted registration forms. You may also email us if you would like one invoice to cover the total room cost (i.e., the rate for both participants). Invoices are valid for three days. Registration is not complete until payment for bothparticipants is received.
What if I don't get an invoice?
Check your spam folder. If it's not there and it is after 24 hours of the registration form(s) being submitted, send us an email at Admin@WellAcademic.com
How do I pay?
You may pay electronically via credit card or bank account directly through the invoice. You may also call us (770-405-9554) if you prefer to give your credit card information over the phone, or you can mail a check to: WellAcademic, PO Box 441214, Kennesaw, GA 30160. Please note that registration is not complete until payment is received.
Can I use university funds?
As long as you are not employed by the state of Georgia or Texas, you may pay for the retreat with university funds (e.g., professional development funds) if permitted. Employees of Georgia or Texas CANNOT use state funds to pay for the retreat. This restriction is due to conflict of interest rules that apply to WellAcademic co-founders, Roxanne and Joycelyn, because of their positions at public institutions in those states.
