Clicking the "Register" button on the Retreats page of this website gives you the option to (1) register and pay simultaneously or (2) register and receive an invoice that you can pay later. If you prefer to receive an invoice, it will be emailed within two business days of your form submission. Invoices are valid for 10 days. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
How does registration work for Double rooms?
Rates are per person. We do not assign roommates. If you want a Double, you will need to identify your roommate when you register. Registration is not confirmed until payment for bothparticipants is received.
What if I don't get an invoice?
Check your spam folder. If it's not there and it is after two business days of the registration form being submitted, send us an email at Admin@WellAcademic.com.
How do I pay?
You may pay directly within the Registration and Payment form via credit card. If paying by invoice, you may pay electronically via credit card or bank account through the invoice, or you can mail a check to: WellAcademic, PO Box 441214, Kennesaw, GA 30160. Please note that registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Can I use university funds?
As long as you are not employed by the state of Georgia or Texas, you may pay for the retreat with university funds (e.g., professional development funds or research funds) if permitted. Employees of Georgia or Texas CANNOT use state funds to pay for the retreat. This restriction is due to conflict of interest rules that apply to WellAcademic co-founders, Roxanne and Joycelyn, because of their positions at public institutions in those states.
