I was not sure what to expect at first. When Dr. Donovan reviewed the goals of Focus Fridays it was evident that she wanted to assist us in feeling good about ourselves and to let go of "the shame associated with not completing assignments." This was the most powerful statement for me. THANKS

I have been having a really hard time focusing, and through this experience, I was able to complete more work in a single writing session than I have in months. I also realized that I set my expectations too high, and this session helped me set much more realistic goals.
